Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GoCloset ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoCloset regarding your use of the App and services.

Account and Subscription

• You may use GoCloset with or without creating an account. Some features require an Apple ID sign-in.
• Premium features require a paid subscription purchased through the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods when you cancel.

User Content

• You retain all rights to photos, notes, and other content you upload to the App ("User Content").
• By sharing content to the community feed, you grant GoCloset a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the App.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have all necessary rights to upload it.
• We may remove any User Content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App for any automated or bulk data collection (scraping)
• Share or resell your premium subscription access
• Impersonate others or provide false information when sharing to the community
• Use the App to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications

Intellectual Property

• GoCloset and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by GoCloset and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its software.
• Brand names and logos mentioned in the App are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for reference only.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms.
• You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-powered features (tagging, recommendations, virtual try-on) are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOCLOSET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the App
• Third-party content or conduct on the App

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
